Mechanical Thursday

Mechanical Thursday. Today's commute included driving my hobbling car to the shop. I carried my road bike on the rack, and my spare road bike was tucked inside the vehicle. This was the only way I could drop my car off early and still get home to work. In addition, the bike shop didn't open until 10am. So after I rode to downtown Novato for a second time, I dropped off my road bike at the shop. And now? Now I walk with coffee in hand to get my spare bike so I can get home...again. With any luck my car is ready but I doubt it. I suspect one more downtown ride with my bike to get my car. With any luck, my bike will be ready too!
