I Always Feel Like, Someone is Chasing Me

Deciding not to ride any extra mo miles today, I punished myself by joining in with the SuperFits (Raiders). A short ride quickly turns into a test of how well you can hold a conversation while out of breath. And then just as were all about to explode up Conzelman, we stopped. Jason was down with a flat and we all stopped to harass I mean help him out. And that's when I noticed I had been riding on a broken rear spoke!A rational decision would have meant I ride a mile back to the Sausalito ferry. But, I didn't wake up at 4:40am to concede mileage. Instead I left the SuperFits behind, telling them about my mishap and my slow roll ahead. I knew they would catch me, and when they did each one of them something to the affect of "See ya Mo, how's the wheel Mo, bye Mo". I almost got tired waving to them all.
I finished the roll with several stops inbetween, taking photos of piers, sunsets, and out of place tropical trees. A far cry from my typical rides now where someone always seems to be hunting me down. But for all you chasers out there be warned, I'm riding into form and away from you.
