I'm Back, what did I Miss?
300 calorie latte, 200 calorie bar, 150 calorie G2, 90 calorie banana (ba-na-nahhhhh) and I haven't even had lunch yet. But after three weeks without a single turn of the pedal, I'm back. 30 miles of mentally challenging riding. I was passed by everyone. Ken caught me on the hill, but he quickly disposed of me as well. The only riders I could muster were those dressed in their casual clothes pedaling beaters. Sorry, I have to draw the line for I couldn't stomach letting a beater bike get the best of me.
For now, my gut is being replenished with breakfast. I'll have to eat salad for lunch. Then again maybe I should ride home. After all, Super Duper is around the corner.
