Nothing like some cough medicine to knock you out for a good night sleep. On the mends from a cold, I creaked out of bed determined to ride. Since I was a bit late, I was greeted to a 49er Red and Gold sunrise. I couldn't help but take another pic to share from Vista Point. Spending part of my afternoon watching the game Sunday was worth sitting on my ar$e consuming empty caloric ridden chips. And the rewards of riding in, well as you see they always shine through. I just hope the scale weighs in my favor as well! Btw I'm reading Tyler Hamilton's 'The Secret Race'. I'll provide a review as soon as I'm done.
