Dude, I'm Sub Wedding Weight

You would think now that I've ridden just shy of 4,000 miles this year that keeping my weight down is effortless. However, cycling post work and being the family cook is a recipe for disaster. Any food within  reach is considered fair game, at least that's what I tell myself. I haven't reached my magical weight of 168 lbs but at 171 lbs, I'm only a pound below my wedding weight. A few less pounds will help me ride further in 2013 than my nemesis Matt (Wheel Destroyer).

So now you've got a taste of it. My battle with Wheel Destroyer is
well documented at his blog. I decided it's time for me to counter with my side of the story. A lot can happen with my basic 17 mile commute. Even more when I ride up to 50+ miles in a morning. I've shared my stories with my kids from singing with turkeys, to racing a few on the way home. So join me in my battle to defeat Wheel Destroyer and together we may learn a thing or two about the purity of riding, versus the genius of stretching out ones limits.
